Welcome to Space Evo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") that connect users to list, discover, and book online virtual office spaces. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Role as a Platform

Space Evo provides a platform to connect users seeking virtual office spaces ("Bookers") with providers of such spaces ("Listers"). Space Evo is not a party to any agreement entered into between Bookers and Listers. We do not own, control, or manage any virtual office spaces listed on our Service. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any users.

2. Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Listings and User Content

For Listers: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to list the virtual office spaces you offer. Your listings must be accurate, and you are responsible for setting the terms (e.g., price, availability) for your listing.

For All Users: You retain ownership of content you upload or submit ("User Content"). You grant Space Evo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute your User Content (e.g., listing photos and descriptions) as necessary to provide and promote the Service.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

When a Booker makes a booking, they are entering into a direct agreement with the Lister. All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policy set by the Lister for that listing or as defined in our separate [Cancellation Policy Page].

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
Create false listings, make fraudulent bookings, or submit misleading information.
Try to interfere with the service, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Violate or circumvent any applicable laws, regulations, or agreements with third parties.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SPACE EVO DOES NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR ACCURACY OF ANY LISTINGS OR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USERS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SPACE EVO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms (e.g., fraudulent listings). Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Constitution, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
